Catapulted to household name status with his voiceover work for Love Island, former kids TV presenter Iain Stirling has plenty to discuss. Yes, both of his career arcs are big draws for his material, not least his skewed opinions of the reality TV show, and the everyday struggles of being recognised only by children in the street.

He acknowledges that he is now more famous for his voice than his face, something that is destined to change as U OK Hun X tours the UK. His charismatic energy, and his sarcastic and cynical outlook on life melt into hilarious frustration and anger. The laughs are big, and very, very often.

His homecoming shows have sold out across Edinburgh Fringe, running in the comparably huge Grand in the bustling Pleasance Courtyard. It’s no mean feat, but a challenge which Stirling easily rises to. His unusual career trajectory provides opportunity for unique material. He draws from his everyday, and takes the audience with him.

For an uncensored insight into the mind of a former kids TV presenter, look no further. You’ll likely be surprised at what you find. You’ll definitely be delighted.

Following his sold out run at Edinburgh Fringe, Iain Stirling takes U OK Hun X on the road in February 2018. Tickets are available now through Ticketmaster.co.uk.
