After announcing his first full-length album in four years, UK artist Dizzee Rascal also announces a huge headline tour in support of Raskit. The run of shows will kick off at Liverpool’s O2 Academy and stop over in twelve more cities before coming to a close at Brighton Dome on 21 October.

Dizzee Rascal’s win of the esteemed Mercury Prize in 2003 cemented his role as one of the founding fathers of grime with his debut record Boy In Da Corner. About his new record and music, the rapper has said: “The album’s gonna be very loud. I’m really happy about how it’s been going. I thought I was halfway, but it’s looking like three-quarters now.”

Dizzee Rascal moved away from his grime roots with his collaborative track alongside Calvin Harris, Hype, released last year. New track Space sees the artist return to his roots, telling reporters that it’s unlikely dance music will feature on the record.

Space is the third track on the new album, which boasts a 16 strong tracklist by one of the most groundbreaking grime artists in the UK.
