Foo Fighters perform with Alice Cooper, Tenacious D and more

Dave Grohl’s birthday turned into quite the star-studded affair this weekend, as Alice Cooper and Tenacious D joined the Foo Fighters on stage in LA.

Celebrating his 46th birthday with a surprise gig in California, some of Grohl’s BFFs turned out to perform Led Zeppelin’s Immigrant Song for the lucky fans. Yes, it was every bit as great as it sounds.

Slash, Motorhead’s Lemmi Kilminster, Jan’s Addiction’s Perry Farrell, David Lee Roth of Van Halen and Black Label Society’s Zakk Wylde were the musicians to complete the killer line-up.
