London punk rockers Ghouls are currently on the road with underground ska-rock-hip-hop heroes, Sonic Boom Six.

Last night, Sonic Boom Six kicked off their headline tour, with Ghouls in support. It comes as the latter prepare to release their new 12 track album, Run, their follow-up to 2015’s Great Expectations Pt. 2 EP.

Ghouls have already established themselves as genre-blenders, an accolade they share with the headline band. Including brass instruments in their sound, they toy with ska sounds without adopting the style.

“We aren’t bothered where were placed or how you categorize us as a band,” frontman Benedict Goold says, “only that you notice that were unique and offer something for those who stand out and feel they are different from the rest of the crowd.”

With Run set for release on 5 May 2017, the band recently revealed their new track, Seasonal Affective.
