On Sunday 27 August 2017, Sub Focus will be playing a live set at South West Four, joined on the outdoor main stage by Knife Party and headliner deadmau5. It marks the culmination of a weekend of electronic euphoria, which over the course of the two days welcomes the likes of Pendulum, Sigma, Marco Carola, and Eric Prydz to Clapham Common, in the heart of South London.

With two hit albums under his belt, British DJ and producer Sub Focus has been steadily rising as one of the driving forces in both the underground and mainstream electronic scenes.

As he prepares for SW4 we asked him for his acts to look out for over the electronic music weekender.

Deadmau5

I’m always intrugued to see what this guy is doing, alongside Eric Prydz he has one of the most impressive production led shows out there and a big inspiration for what I’m doing with my show. I’m looking forward to playing before him on the Sunday.

Dusky

These guys are friends of mine, we recently bumped into each other en route to Ibiza and were comparing live show notes. I’m really interested to see their live show for the first time at SW4.

Sven Vath

He’s been a DJ since the 80s and is a legend of techno. I got a lot inspiration from him going to his Cocoon nights at Amnesia in the mid Noughties.

We also got Sub Focus to give us the biggest summer tunes that get him hyped up for festival season. Listen to them below:
