Bette Midler announces UK tour for 2015

The Divine Miss M is heading to the UK for the first time in 35 years in 2015.

The singing legend and multi-award-winning performer that is Bette Midler is set to stage shows in five cities around the UK next year.

The tour follows Bette Midler’s previously announced North American tour and will feature material from her iconic career and material from her new album, It’s The Girls! – a glorious tribute to girl groups through the ages.  It’s The Girls! features everything from the swinging sounds of WWII-era Andrews Sisters to 60’s super-groups like the Supremes and the Shirelles and 90’s hit makers TLC. The album is out now on Warner Music UK.

The Wind Beneath My Wings singer will appear at the following venues:

9 July – Barclaycard Arena Birmingham

11 July – Manchester, Manchester Arena

13 July – Glasgow, The SSE Hydro

15 July – Leeds, First Direct Arena

18 July – London, The O2

Tickets will go on sale 21 November at 9am.
