The All Blacks will face the Barbarians at Twickenham Stadium

The Barbarians will take on reigning world champions, the New Zealand All Blacks, on 4 November 2017. Register for tickets now.

The Rugby teams will face each other at London’s iconic Twickenham Stadium later this year, marking the next step in their longstanding rivalry.

The All Blacks and the Barbarians have faced each other ten times since 1954, including the highly regarded meeting in 1973. In 2009 South Africa’s Bryan Habana scored a hat-trick of tries to secure a Barbarian 25-18 victory.

Last year, the Barbarians drew against South Africa, and beat both the Czech Republic and Fiji in Prague and Belfast respectively.

This year, they are already set to face England at Twickenham on Sunday 28 May, and Ulster in Belfast on 1 June 2017.

“The entire Barbarians Committee would like to thank the RFU for approving this fixture against New Zealand,” John Spencer, Chairman of the Barbarians, said.
