Download Festival have added another 48 bands

The huge addition of bands to Download Festival includes Steel Panther, A Day To Remember, The Dillinger Escape Plan and many, many more.

48 (that’s right!) bands have been added to the Download Festival line-up, led by Steel Panther, A Day To Remember and The Dillinger Escape Plan (making their last ever festival appearance). The latest additions also see the likes of Suicidal Tendencies and In Flames joining the bill.

“We’re committed to delivering the best in rock and metal year on year for the Download fans, and this year is no exception,” says festival organiser Andy Copping. “We’re thrilled to have core acts in the likes of Steel Panther, A Day To Remember, Dillinger Escape Plan, The Cadillac Three, Suicidal Tendencies and more, along with some of the most exciting new talent in the game such as Creeper, Red Sun Rising and Hacktivist.

“Right through from The Dogtooth Stage, all the way to the top, fans are guaranteed to witness an incredible weekend of music from their trusted favourites, and discover new favourite bands of the future.”

The latest bands added are:

Steel Panther, A Day To Remember, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Suicidal Tendencies, In Flames, Creeper, Baroness, Anathema, Wednesday 13, Alestorm, Kvelertak, The Charm The Fury, Northlane, The Devil Wears Prada, Hacktvist, As It Is, State Champs, Trash Boat, Moose Blood, Junior, The King Blues, Normandie, Touche Amore, The Cadillac Three, Wallflower, Grove Street Families, The Lounge Kittens, Aaron Buchanan & The Cult Classics, Dinosaur Pile-Up, IDLES, The Contortionist, Venom Prison, Fizzy Blood, She Must Burn, M O S E S, Casey, Stone Broken, Brutai, The LaFontaines, Holding Absence, Dead Label, Like A Storm, Devilskin, Blood Youth, I The Mighty, Dead!, Sabaton and Red Sun Rising.

They join the previously confirmed headliners System Of A Down, Biffy Clyro and Aerosmith, as well as a host of other alternative bands.
