Everything you need to know about Queen + Adam Lambert’s UK tour
Legendary band Queen are once again teaming up with vocalist Adam Lambert for a UK tour.
Queen + Adam Lambert will be returning to the UK with a new spectacular live show, and a setlist promising some surprises. The news comes just weeks after the pairing announced a run of North American dates.
Coming to 11 cities across the UK and Ireland, the tour kicks off in Dublin on the 25 November, culminating in two London shows on the 12 and 15 December 2017.
It’s their first UK tour since their ten date sold out run in January 2015, and their first live appearance since headlining the closing night of the Isle Of Wight Festival in 2016.
Queen drummer and co-founder Roger Taylor insists the 2017 tour “will look entirely different to the show we took around before. Production has really changed a lot, the things you can do now, you have a much broader palette, the technology has really come along. But we don’t use it all. We don’t play to click track. It’s 100% live. We’re planning on doing stuff we either haven’t done before or haven’t done for a long time. We started as an albums band, that’s what we were. The fact that we had hits was just a byproduct.”
“The general public knows the hits, so you’ve got to cater for that,” guitarist Brian May adds, “but we can chuck in a few things that people really don’t expect. We’ll do quite a bit more of that this time around. There are so many dimensions to Adam, which of course fits with our music. He can get down and do the rock stuff really dirty, and you have all those dimensions, and we can explore that even more.”

How much are tickets?
General admission standing tickets will be £69. Reserved seating will be priced at £79. There’ll also be VIP packages available. Remember that these are subject to change, and that are additional fees on top of these prices. There will also be a limit of six tickets per person.
