Isle of Wight Festival announce Friday co-headliners
David Guetta and Run DMC will co-headline The Isle of Wight Festival 2017 on Friday 8 June.
Today’s announcement also sees George Ezra, Rag’n’Bone Man, Bastille and Jack Savoretti join the growing line-up.
The Isle of Wight Festival has already confirmed Arcade Fire and Rod Stewart as the headliners for Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June respectively.
“We absolutely love playing in the UK, it’s always such a great reception,” Run DMC’s Joseph Simmons says. “You guys rock! To be given the chance to play such an iconic UK festival is huge and we’re really looking forward to it!”
The Isle of Wight Festival takes place from 8 – 11 June at Seaclose Park, Newport with Early Bird Tickets on sale from today. Due to popular demand, 2017 sees the return of day tickets in addition to weekend tickets.
