What rock star do YOU think should star in the West End?

After reading that Brendon Urie, lead singer of Panic! At the Disco is taking on the role of Charlie in the broadway production of Kinky Boots, we are asking: Which rock star do YOU think should appear in a musical, and who should they play?

Would you like to see Ozzy Osbourne’s take on Phantom of the Opera, or Debbie Harry as Effie White in Dreamgirls?

“This has been on my bucket list for the longest time and it really is a dream come true,” Urie told his followers in an announcement video on Twitter. “I’m just so incredibly excited to be joining Kinky Boots on Broadway – that’s wild. Plus you guys get to see me in those heels now.”

He’ll be taking on the lead role of Charlie Price in the musical, which follows drag queen Lola as she and Price aim to save his father’s shoe factory.

Kinky Boots is of course also running in the West End, although without Urie. Tickets for that are available here.

With that in mind, let us know your thoughts below and we’ll reveal the results next week.
