Watch our chat with the cast members of Carousel

Carousel cast members Brenda Edwards, Alex Young and Gavin Spokes tell us about the West End extravaganza.

With the current run of Carousel at the London Coliseum set to end on the 13 May 2017, three key cast members spoke to Ticketmaster about the production, what they love about the show, and just what makes it so special.

Singer, songwriter and West End actress Brenda Edwards stars as Nettie Fowler, having previously performed in Chicago, Carmen Jones and We Will Rock You. Describing herself as the mum of the cast, she has been known to bring celebratory food for all to enjoy.

She’s joined by Alex Young as Carrie Pipperidge, who has also starred in the likes of Show Boat, Anything Goes and The Sound of Music. Olivier Award nominee Gavin Spokes takes on the role of Enoch Snow in the West End production.

All star alongside Alfie Boe, Katherine Jenkins, Nicholas Lyndhurst and more in Carousel at the London Coliseum.

When the charming Carousel Barker, Billy Bigelow falls in love with Julie Jordan, little do they realise that their relationship will end in tragedy. Fifteen years after getting caught up in an armed robbery, Billy gets the chance to redeem his past and restore pride to his family.
