James Acaster extends West End residency
He'll bring Cold Lasagne Hate Myself 1999 to the Vaudeville Theatre for an extra week of shows.
Due to phenomenal demand, comedian James Acaster has added an extra week of shows to his Cold Lasagne Hate Myself 1999 residency in London’s West End.
The newly announced week of shows takes place from 25 February-2 March 2019 at the Vaudeville Theatre, London.
His seventh solo show, celebrating huge critical acclaim, sees him discuss the importance of the year in the title, and contrasts it with his difficult 2017 (the same year that saw Netflix commission four specials).
Acaster has been praised for his venture into observational comedy, a style which dominates the first half of the show, and for his personal outpouring that forms the latter part.

Making a name for himself at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, alongside other staples of the comedy circuit, Acaster has celebrated appearances on the likes of Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Have I Got News For You and QI.
In more recent years, the comedian toured his Recognise, Represent and Reset shows, which joined Recap for the four-part Netflix series released earlier in 2018.
Last year he made the Sunday Times Bestseller list for his book Classic Scrapes.
He debuted his Cold Lasagne Hate Myself 1999 show at London’s Vaudeville Theatre in late October, preceding his 2019 return to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, as well as a national tour in the autumn.
