A season of Harold Pinter's one-act plays celebrate his legacy.
Comedian Katherine Ryan has announced a West End residency, bringing her Glitter Room show to London’s Garrick Theatre from 17 – 29 September 2018.
The first and only British and Canadian women with a Netflix special to her name, Ryan follows up her sold-out 2017/18 national tour with the London run.
In Trouble, her Netflix special, has propelled Ryan further into the mainstream, following appearances on Comedy Central’s Roast Battle and Your Face Is Mine appearances.
The special was recorded at London’s Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, released across 1190 countries in February 2017.
Katherine Ryan is also the first woman to host Channel 4’s 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, leading the show’s commemorative episode celebrating women’s suffrage to be aired later in the year.
She’s a veteran on British TV, having joined stars on the likes of QI, Would I Lie To you, Have I Got News For You, Taskmaster and more.
As well as her West End residency, Ryan will return to Canada this year to host The Stand Up Show With Katherine Ryan, recorded across the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal.
She’ll be performing twelve shows between the 17 and 29 September 2019 at London’s Garrick Theatre.
Tickets for the West End residency are on sale from 10:00 on Friday 8 June 2018 through Ticketmaster.co.uk.
