Best known for playing Ron Swanson on the award-winning hit comedy series Parks & Recreation, Nick Offerman will arrive in the UK with brand new show, All Rise.

Described as an evening of deliberative talking and light dance, All Rise promises to compel audiences to chuckle whilst enjoining them to brandish a better side of humanity than the one to which we have grown accustomed.

“My aim in this undertaking is to encourage my fellow Homo Sapiens to aim higher in life than the channels of consumerism would have us imagine,” Offerman says about the new show.

“It’s a proper revival suggesting the existence of a higher power in the land than commerce, one that will cause you to pop, lock and rejoice! Come on down and hear the good news that will make you go jingle-jangle in your juice box.”

The new tour kicks off on 28 August 2019 at O2 Academy, Glasgow, before heading to Leeds, Manchester and London – with early tickets for Manchester and London available through our presale.

Other roles include recurring parts in the likes of Fargo and Children’s Hospital, and guest appearances on numerous series, including Deadwood, NYPD Blue, 24, The Practice, Will & Grace, The West Wing, Gilmore Girls, Monk and ER. He has also voiced animated characters for shows including Axe Cop, The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Gravity Falls and Out There.

In film, his credits include Lake Bell’s In a World…, Somebody Up There Likes Me, 21 Jump Street with Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill, The Men Who Stare at Goats alongside George Clooney, Sin City with Bruce Willis and Mickey Rourke, and Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous, starring Sandra Bullock.

He was last seen in the UK alongside his wife, actor and fellow comedian Megan Mullally for a one-off stand-up show.
