Anastacia and Shane Filan to join Lionel Richie
They’ll appear with the legendary tunesmith on his upcoming All the Hits tour.
One of the most highly anticipated greatest hits gigs of this summer just got even better – which is high praise when the artist we’re talking about is peerless pop icon Lionel Richie!
Richie is bringing his All the Hits tour to outdoor venues across the UK from 1 – 24 June 2018, and today he’s announced Anastacia and Shane Filan will team up with him at various locations throughout the run.
Richie has crafted incredible songs that have stood the test of decades. We all know the words to Hello and Endless Love and All Night Long and…well, the list could go on and on!
Released in 2003, Richie’s compilation album The Definitive Collection originally hit No.10 on the UK charts, but it landed there again in 2015, skyrocketing to the No.1 spot after his incredible appearance at Glastonbury. Audiences here haven’t been able to get enough of Richie’s passionate and powerful music since.
Speaking of powerful, Anastacia is an electric pop diva known for energising audiences at every gig with her distinctive voice. The talented singer who burst on to the music scene in 2000 with Not That Kind will perform with Richie at five of his shows – in Northampton, Perth, Lincoln, Shrewsbury and Chesterfield.
Anastacia has built up a truly formidable career. She’s sold over 20 million albums, received three BRIT nominations and accumulated more than a dozen Top 40 chart entries – which includes her global hit I’m Outta Love, one of the greatest dance songs of all time.

Like Richie, talented Irish singer-songwriter Shane Filan is a master of the classic love ballad. He’ll be teaming up on the All the Hits tour at shows in Leigh, Carlisle, Hove and Holkham.
For 14 years Filan was a member of Westlife, one of the biggest boybands in the world. Since their split in 2012, he’s embarked on a successful journey as a solo artist. Filan unveiled his third album, Love Always, last August. This May he’s releasing a deluxe version of it that includes the brand new song Back to You written as a tribute to his family.

Note: There will be no special guest with Richie for his appearances at Hampton Court on 5 – 9 June or Scarborough Open Air Theatre on 19 June.
