Blue Planet II – Live In Concert will featured the music score by Bleeding Fingers Music, composed by the legendary Hans Zimmer, Jacob Shea and David Fleming. The music will be performed by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Matthew Freeman.

Clips from the BAFTA Award winning BBC One series will be projected on a state of the art 4K Ultra HD LED screen, accompanied by Zimmer, Shae and Fleming’s compositions.

“The idea is to depict the abundance of life as well as the movements and vibrations of the ocean,” the hugely acclaimed Hans Zimmer said of composing the music. “By using the orchestra in an unconventional way, we wanted to create ‘living’ chords that ebb and flow throughout the series.”

Footage includes the infamous Tusk fish, the Crag and Eel rock pool chase, the Sea Lion tuna hunt, and much more.

The Blue Planet II TV show was watched by over 37 million people, making it the most viewed TV programme of 2017 in the United Kingdom.

The crew travelled to 39 countries to capture the footage, spending over 6,000 hours deep sea diving.
