We’re building a festival float for The Big Weekend at Manchester Pride!
There’s only three weeks to go until Ticketmaster’s Pride Nation members take centre stage at Manchester Pride‘s flagship event, The Big Weekend on a psychedelic festival-themed float!
Manchester Arena have kindly lent their facilities for setting up the Float, which will feature a miniature tepee, oversized colourful flowers, a hill, a stage, speakers and of course bunting everywhere!
Each member of the Ticketmaster float team will be dressed as a legendary festival from the ’60s through to present day to tie in with Manchester Pride 2016’s theme, Once Upon A Time. The original artwork that will be featured all around the float has been designed by Roisin Carter, which includes fairy tale imagery.
Ticketmaster’s SVP Business Operations and proud Pride Nation member, Doug Smith has reminded the team to “Forget Less is More – in this instance, More is More!”.
