Camila Cabello to headline her first solo tour
Multi-Platinum and chart-topping singer Camila Cabello will kick off her Never Be The Same tour from April.
The multi-city tour kicks off in Vancouver, Canada, before taking in stops across the United States across the spring.
Camila will then come to the UK in June for shows at O2 Academy Glasgow, O2 Academy Birmingham and London’s O2 Academy Brixton. The tour marks her first ever solo headlining tour.
Camila will perform fan favorites including No.1 single Havana and her new track Never Be The Same.
The tour follows the success of her self-titled debut album, which hit the No.1 spot on the Billboard Top 200 and is certified gold by the RIAA. It also hit No.1 on iTunes in 100 countries, shattering the record for most No.1 iTunes peaks for a debut album (male or female).
Cuban born singer-songwriter Camila is the first artist in 15 years to hold the No.1 spot on both the Hot 100 and Top 200 charts simultaneously. Here triple-platinum hit single Havana hit No.1 on the iTunes overall top songs chart, No.2 on the Spotify Global chart and hit No.1 in 80 countries around the world.
Prior to this, Cabello had already earned a chart topping smash with the double platinum-certified hit Bad Things with MGK. She also featured on J Balvin and Pitbull’s Hey Ma from the worldwide hit film Fate of the Furious and its chart-topping soundtrack, as well as Know No Better with Major Lazer. She also collaborated with Shawn Mendes for the platinum-certified duet, I Know What You Did Last Summer, which reached #10 at pop radio and hit No.10 on The Hot 100 chart.
