The Corrs have announced their new record Jupiter Calling, produced by T-Bone Burnett, will be released on 10 November. To celebrate, the band are returning to London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall on 19 October for what promises to be a very special night.

Twenty years on from the release of their successful second album Talk On Corners, The Corrs return with an album that is ambitious, earthy and outspoken. Caroline describes the making of the record at London’s RAK studios as “The most freeing experience we’ve ever had in the studio”. During the sessions the band played live with minimal overdubs accompanied by bassist Robbie Malone (David Gray) and longtime guitarist Anthony Drennan (Chris Rea, Genesis, Clannad) while producer T-Bone insisted that the studio source 40 spools of rare two-inch tape and a 1966 Ludwig drum kit.

“I love The Corrs’ deep, generous spirit,” says T-Bone Burnett. “I love their writing and their singing and their playing. I love the people of Ireland – their music, their literature, their art – and The Corrs are the most soulful exemplars of that mystical land.”

The Royal Albert Hall show will be in two halves and have an interval, so it promises to be a very special night. Tickets for the show go on sale at 9:00 on Friday 15 September 2017 via Ticketmaster.co.uk.
