Country To Country Festival returns to London’s The O2 from Friday 8 – Sunday 10 March 2019, welcoming headline performances by Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum and Chris Stapleton.
Now in its seventh year, C2C will also welcome back the fourth appearance by The Bluebird Cafe, hosting performances by Jeff Cohen, Catherine McGrath, Sarah Carling, Michael Ray, Kelly Archer, Adam Hambrick, Robert Vincent and Craig Campbell.
The Bluebird Cafe will take over The O2’s Blueroom on the 9 – 10 March, set in a seated environment and allowing each performer to talk about their relationship with The Bluebird Cafe, their songs and their stories.
As well as all the live music, the Cineworld at The O2 will screen an exclusive preview of Wild Rose, telling the story of Rose-Lynn. A woman looking to rise through the ranks in the country music world, Rose-Lynn must balance the responsibilities of parenthood and a recent release from prison. The preview will include a special Q&A with director Tom Harper and writer Nicole Taylor.
The festival will also host screenings of Charley Pride: I’m Just Me and It All Begins With A Song.
The Loft, formerly NY-LON, at The O2 will return with performances by Travis Denning, Ingrid Andress, Lauren Jenkins, Runaway June, Twinnie, Fairground Sains and James Barker Band – plus more.
Proceedings will begin when the Town Square, located outside the main entrance, opens. The area will host stalls and stands, authentic food from the American South, cocktails and whiskey, craft beers, a record store and more.
The festival is then spread across various stages throughout The O2, including the new ICON stage, the BBC Radio 2 Stage at indigo at The O2, Country Music Week Hib and The Saloon in All Bar One, the Big Entrance Stage, and the C2C Sessions in The Loft.
These stages join the main stage, hosting the headliners and more, and the Spotlight Stage in the main arena – plus the Bluebird Cafe.
