Skepta and Jorja Smith to headline Field Day 2019

The popular London festival has announced its first wave of acts.

Organisers of Field Day have confirmed the first wave of artists, as well as the headliners for 2019’s edition of the festival.

Skepta and Jorja Smith will headline the weekender, taking place in North London between 7 – 8 June 2019.

The festival has a new home this year, taking over Meridian Water, Enfield, North London across 10 acres of outdoor space and four gigantic interlinking warehouses.

Field Day will mark London hip hop legend Skepta’s only London festival appearance of the summer. Hailing from the nearby Meridian Walk Estate, Tottenham, Skepta’s performance on Friday 7 June 2019 is sure to be a special homecoming for the star.

Headlining on Saturday 8 June 2019 will be the RnB global superstar Jorja Smith. The singer-songwriter attracted huge critical acclaim last summer with her debut album Lost & Found. The album, released in June, earned Jorja three nominations for the upcoming BRIT Awards.

Organisers have also confirmed sets from Diplo, The Black Madonna, Modeselektor, Jungle, Pusha T, Earl Sweatshirt, Octavian, Deerhunter and Julia Holter taking place across the weekend.

Bonobo will be curating his outlier project at this year’s Field Day, taking over space in the new warehouse stage and in a first for Field Day, the team at Printworks will be showcasing some of the most exciting underground electronic music in the UK on a specially curated stage.
