Grammy Award-winning rockers Ghost have announced a brand new UK arena tour.

The newly announced tour kicks off in Nottingham on 16 November 2019, before heading to Cardiff, Glasgow, London and Leeds.

The news follows the band’s recent run of shows, supporting the legendary Metallica on the European dates of their WorldWired stadium tour.

Forming in 2008, Swedish metallers Ghost have grown into one of the most in-demand and mysterious rock bands touring today.

The band released their most recent album Prequelle in summer 2018.

The record, Ghost’s fourth full-length release is their most commercially successful album to date, peaking at No.10 on the Official UK Albums Chart.

Featuring the singles Rats, Dance Macabre and Faith, the record was influenced by ’70s and ’80s artists such as Boston and Abba, and is themed around the medieval times, referencing the plague and black death that devastated Europe throughout the 14th century.

Ghost’s album discography is completed with the records Opus Eponymous (2010), Infestissumam (2013) and Meliora (2015)

Some of their best-known tracks include Square Hammer, From the Pinnacle to the Pit and Cirice.
