In session: Light You Up’s Tom Napier performs All We’ve Ever Known
You may recognise Tom Napier from British pop-punk band, Light You Up. You may also recognise him from busking on the streets of Guilford.
We caught up with the singer-songwriter backstage at Camden’s Electric Ballroom, before the band handled the small task of supporting Four Year Strong on the Pure Noise Records tour.
When he’s not on the road, Tom busks and busks well. So we got his top tips for up-and-coming street performers, and told him all about our Ticketmaster Rising initiative.
Tom also tells us how he got started out in busking, where he gets his confidence from, the acoustic songs that work best for him and how it compares to being on a big stage. He also performs Light You Up’s All We’ve Ever Known in full.
