A season of Harold Pinter's one-act plays celebrate his legacy.
James Bay will be releasing his highly anticipated sophomore album, Electric Light, on Friday 18 May 2018 via Virgin EMI. The record follows his BRIT and Ivor-winning, triple Grammy nominated debut album Chaos & The Calm, released in 2015.
To celebrate the release of the album, James Bay has announced a string of UK tour dates including a headline show at London’s Roundhouse on the 29 May 2018.
The newly announced dates will follow his sold out performance at London’s Brixton Electric, and a string of sold out dates across the United States.
James Bay has also released the follow-up to the album’s lead single Wild Love, with fans able to access instant downloads of the track as well as newly revealed song Pink Lemonade when pre-ordering the record.

“If I had to describe my first album visually it would probably be a flame – while this new album is about a real sonic and artistic evolution for me,” James Bay says of the new record. “The feeling of a 100 watt bulb expanding and brightening is what I envisioned. Electric Light came to my mind and I knew it was perfect.”
Bay has teamed up with longtime friend Jon Green, co-writing and co-producing his new music. Paul Epworth, who has worked with the likes of Adele and Florence and the Machine, added the final production elements to the record.
Wild Love, the video for which features Stranger Things star Natalia Dyer, has already followed in the footsteps of his singles Let It Go and Hold Back The River, celebrating over 10 million streams on Spotify and nearly 3 million views on YouTube.
James Bay’s debut album and tracks saw him nominated for Best Rock Album, Best Rock Song and Best New Artist at the 2016 Grammy Awards. Having walked away with the BRITs Critics Choice award in 2015, Bay has since won Best Male Solo Artist, as well as many other recognitions including the coveted Ivor Novello Award.
