Kurupt FM have announced that they will be heading on their final UK headline tour titled The Last Ever Tour (Probably) in November.

Along with special guests yet to be confirmed, the tour will see Chabuddy G, MC Grindah, DJ Beats, Steves, Decoy and Fantasy kick off things in Oxford before heading up and down the country, ending at London’s O2 Kentish Town Forum.

The tour will coincide with the celebration of the final series of the critically acclaimed documentary, People Just Do Nothing, which has won a RTS Award for Best Scripted Comedy as well as two BAFTAs.

Kurupt FM first came onto the scene in 2010 as a show on YouTube called Wasteman TV which was filmed and edited by Chabuddy G. It caught the attention of the BBC who then commissioned a pilot in 2012, which became the most shared show on BBC iPlayer for the month. A four-part series then followed.

People Just Do Nothing is a mockumentary sitcom that follows the lives of two men, MC Grindah and DJ Beats, who run an pirate radio station broadcasting UK garage music in West London. It explores and makes fun of what it takes to create and run an illegal business.

Allan Mustafa and Steve Stamps are the main writers for the show, however the cast are encouraged to improvise and have the freedom to be spontaneous in their scenes, so much so that by the third series it is estimated that the show is 70/30 percent improvised.

The show has gained international success. It premiered in Australia in 2015 on Channel V and was added to US Netflix last year.

Towards the end of last year, they released their debut mixtape called The Lost Tapes via XL Recordings, which includes original material and remixes of classic grime and garage tracks from the likes of XTC, Wiley, Wookie and more.

The cast also tour nightclubs and music venues as Kurupt FM and have had huge grime artists on stage with them such as Big Narsite and Stormzy. They have also been on stage at some of the biggest UK musical festivals including Glastonbury and Reading and Leeds.

In March 2017 they appeared in a spoof music video with Ed Sheeran for Comic Relief.
