Following her very special intimate shows in March, Kylie Minogue will be returning to the UK in September and October for headline arena dates. The tour kicks off on the 18 September 2018 in Newcastle, running through until Leeds on the 4 October, and includes two nights at London’s O2.

The Australian star is set to release her new album, Golden, on the 6 April 2018. She recently revealed new song Dancing in January, having headed to Nashville to develop her sound.

Golden marks Kylie’s first album since 2014’s Kiss Me Once, and thirteenth album in total in addition to her Christmas special.

“Now that I’ve been to Nashville, I understand”, Kylie says of the record. “It’s like some sort of musical ley-line.”

Minogue has teamed up with writers Steve McEwan, who has worked with the likes of Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, and Amy Wadge, who has collaborated with Ed Sheeran among others, to evolve her pop sound.

Kylie also worked with Nathan Chapman, who is responsible for guiding Taylor Swift from country starlet to pop megastar.

“I was able to both lose and find myself whilst making this album,” Kylie says.

Her autumn tour dates offer fans the first experience to hear her new Nashville influenced sound in person, as well as classic Kylie Minogue hits from her thirty plus year career.

Kylie first hit the No.1 spot in the UK back in 1987 with I Should Be So Lucky, returning to the top of the charts with the likes of Tears On My Pillow, Spinning Around, Can’t Get You Out Of My Head, and Slow.

With Dancing released earlier this year, and new album Golden on the way, Kylie is showing no signs of slowing down.
