The musician hits the road later this year.
Lewis Capaldi has announced a brand new one-off show, which will see the singer-songwriter perform live with an orchestra this August.
BBC Radio 1 Presents: The Lewis Capaldi Symphony, will see the musician perform with the Manchester Camerata Orchestra in Croxeth, Liverpool on Monday 5 August 2019.
Confirming the news on Clara Amfo’s BBC Radio 1 show, Lewis said: “Massively honoured to be asked to play for Radio 1 and the Manchester Camerata Orchestra this year. I remember watching The 1975 in Blackpool and being blown away! Buzzing to work on arrangements of the tunes with a full orchestra”.

In May, the Scottish singer-songwriter released his debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent.
The album, which was recorded over 18 months in London, Los Angeles and New York topped the Official UK Albums Chart on release, where it stayed for four consecutive weeks.
The LP contains Lewis’ latest single Hold Me While You Wait, alongside his No.1 smash hit Someone You Loved.
Breaking through in 2017 with a series of tracks and EPs written in his bedroom, Capaldi has grown into becoming one of the most exciting songwriters in UK music.
The musician performed live at the most recent Glastonbury Festival in June, drawing a huge crowd to the festival’s The Other Stage and is currently gearing up for a run of outdoor shows, including supporting fellow star Ed Sheeran in Leeds and Ipswich.
He will then be hitting the road for a sold out tour across the UK this autumn.
