Pop superstars Little Mix have announced huge outdoor shows across the UK, taking place in June and July 2020.

The dates include stadiums, county grounds, open-air theatres, and festival appearances.

The four-piece will tour in support of last year’s LM5 album, the title for which was inspired by the pop megastars’ legion of fans. The hashtag #LM5 was first used by Little Mix supporters long before the record’s unveiling.

Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall released LM5 on 16 November 2018 and was followed up this summer by single Bounce Back.

Little Mix’s 2020 UK tour dates kick off on 26 June 2020 in Falkirk, running through to Aberdeen on Sunday 26 July.

LM5 marks the band’s fifth full-length release, and first since 2016’s Glory Days. They first rose to fame with debut DNA in 2012, following their X Factor win.

Their catalogue is completed by 2013’s Salute, and Get Weird released in 2015.

Fans can expect to hear a selection from across the band’s catalogue, including the likes of hit singles Black Magic, Shout Out To My Ex and Wings.

The four-piece has sold over 50 million records across the globe, boasting over 3 billion YouTube views and in excess of 12 billion streams worldwide.

Their Glory Days album remains the biggest selling album by a female group since the turn of the century, certified triple Platinum in the UK alone.

Having begun their career as the winners of the UK’s The X Factor in 2011, Little Mix won their second BRIT Award in 2019, as well as their fourth EMA Award for Best UK & Ireland Act.

They have just completed their LM5 arena tour, which took to mainland Europe as well as the UK and Ireland, and included five sold-out shows at London’s The O2.

Having recently launched their own clothing range with Pretty Little Things, Little Mix have now confirmed a BBC One series set to air in 2020, Little Mix The Search, mentoring a new wave of talent, and providing access to their inner circle of vocal coaches, songwriters, producers and stylists.
