So much yes! Busted are releasing a new album – the first one in 13 years

There’s some very exciting news this morning, as English pop-rock trio Busted announce the release of their first album – Night Driver – their first since 2003’s A Present For Everyone

The new album will include recently released single Coming Home, and will be released on 11 November via East/West Records. The band have been busy recording the album in Los Angeles, on top of having been on the road for a massive UK headline tour back in May.

Band member Matt Willis says, “As soon as we started making music it became very apparent that we all wanted to make exactly the same thing. We’d been listening to dance and pop producers like Skrillex and Max Martin, who both started off in rock bands.”

The album is set to sound like nothing the band has done before, but it’s the best thing they’ve done by miles.

We can’t wait until November is here and we can give it a listen. Just look at the album trailer below – it has a very distinctive, Ryan Gosling/Nicolas Winding Refn-inspired feel about it
