Manchester indie pop makers Pale Waves will support Muse on the band’s upcoming UK stadium tour.
Pale Waves released their debut album My Mind Makes Noises in September 2018. The record peaked within the top 10 on the Official UK Albums Chart and received praise from The Line of Best Fit, DIY, Dork and NME.
The band’s latest single There’s a Honey is currently on the BBC Radio 1 C List and Pale Waves recently completed an arena tour supporting labelmates The 1975.
Pale Waves join legendary guitarist Tom Morello on the tour. Morello is best known for his work as co-founder and guitarist of the bands Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave and Prophets of Rage.
Last October, the guitarist released his latest collaborative album The Atlas Underground, receiving rave reviews from the likes of Rolling Stone and Kerrang!
Muse are heading out on tour this summer in support of their latest album Simulation Theory.
The aptly titled Simulation Theory World Tour launched in Houston, Texas earlier this year and will reach the UK in early June for shows in London, Manchester and Bristol.
As well as touring throughout the United States, Canada and mainland Europe, the trio will take to the London Stadium in England’s capital on 1 June 2019, Bristol’s Ashton Gate on Wednesday 5 June 2019 and Manchester’s Etihad Stadium on the 8 June 2019.
Renowned for their live performances, Muse have celebrated huge acclaim since forming in 1994. Q Magazine has titled their live performance the “greatest show on earth”, with The Independent calling it “an evening that sets new standards for the possibilities of arena rock”.
For the latest tour, fans can access the new Enhanced Experience Package, inviting ticket holders to an exclusive Mixed Reality Pre-Show Party. Here they can take part in three original virtual reality games inspired by tracks from the new album, as well as receive a concert ticket, show specific poster, interactive photos experience and more.
Muse is Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Chris Wolstenholme. Their latest album Simulation Theory, was released on Friday 9 November 2018 and is their first since 2015’s Drones and their eighth studio album to date.
Muse have two Grammy Awards to their name, an American Music Award, five MTV Europe Music Awards, two Brit Awards, 10 NME Awards, and seven Q Awards.
