Pet Shop Boys have announced that they’ll be heading out on their first ever greatest hits tour next year.

The Dreamworld – The Greatest Hits Live tour kicks off with a huge gig at London’s The O2 on 28 May 2020, before heading to Manchester, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Newcastle and Glasgow.

The news coincides with the release of the iconic duo’s brand new single Dreamland, featuring London pop-makers Years & Years.

The brand new song, which is out now, was co-written by Pet Shop Boys’ Chris Lowe and Neil Tennant alongside Years & Years frontman Olly Alexander.

Recorded and written between London, Berlin and Los Angeles, the track is the first to be taken from Pet Shop Boys’ forthcoming as-yet-untitled brand new studio album, due for release on 24 January 2020.

Pet Shop Boys comment: “It’s so exciting that our new single is a collaboration with Years & Years, one of the most original and successful bands to emerge this decade, and we really enjoyed writing and recording it with Olly Alexander.”
