Richard Ashcroft announces UK tour

He’ll be promoting his new album, Natural Rebel, with live shows this autumn.

Richard Ashcroft is one of the best lyricists of our era thanks to Bitter Sweet Symphony and many other anthemic songs. The former Verve frontman has just announced he’ll be releasing a new album, Natural Rebel, on 19 October 2018. The release will be followed with a run of five shows across the UK, kicking off in Glasgow on 26 October 2018 and wrapping up in London on 2 November 2018, with stops in Middlesbrough, Nottingham and Manchester.

Natural Rebel will be the sixth studio album from the incredible singer-songwriter. It features 10 new songs, all of which Ashcroft wrote, and represents the latest chapter in the Ivor Novello winner’s hugely successful solo career.

Natural Rebel follows in the footsteps of his 2016 album, These People, which featured hits like Out of My Body, These People, Hold On and They Don’t Own Me (below).
