The band's Kerr Okan opens up about finding their own voice on their new album.

Earlier this year, Scottish trio The LaFontaines unveiled their third studio album, Junior, going on to become their most successful to date and entering the UK Top 40 on the Official Singles Chart.

Following their appearance at Reading Festival towards the end of the summer, the band’s vocalist Kerr Okan took time out to speak about their forthcoming headline dates, kicking off in Newcastle (following shows in Dublin and Belfast), and running through to a headline show at London’s Oslo on the 8 October 2019.

Describing the album as their most coherent to date and expressing his genuine pride, Kerr offers an insight into what fans can expect come the headline shows. Watch the interview above, and check out recentl single All In below:

Comprising Kerr Okan, Jamie Keenan on drums and Darren McCaughey on guitar, The LaFontaines unveiled their debut album Class back in 2015, including singles King, Junior Dragon and Release The Hounds.

Common Problem followed in 2019, with Junior dropping in June 2019.

The trio will be taking the show on the road in September and October 2019, playing on the following dates across the UK and Ireland:
