Comprising drummer Shannon Leto, Tomo Miličević, and lead vocalist Jared Leto, Thirty Seconds To Mars have announced their return to the UK live circuit in March 2018.

The band will kick off their UK run in Cardiff on the 23 March, running through until Birmingham on the 29 March. The tour includes a headline show at London’s The O2 on the 27 March 2018.

Thirty Seconds To Mars released their self-titled debut album in 2002, following up with the acclaimed A Beautiful Lie in 2005. The latter album spawned hit songs Attack, The Kill, From Yesterday, and the title-track.

Success continued with 2009’s This Is War and 2013’s LOVE LUST FAITH + DREAMS, the band’s most recent album to date.

They unveiled new single Walk On Water during the summer, their first to be taken from their forthcoming fifth studio album.

“It’s a song about freedom, about persistence, about change and about fighting for what you believe in,” Leto said upon its release. “It is a call to arms but also full of the optimism and hope that is such an integral part of the American Dream.”

Thirty Seconds To Mars frontman Leto, noted for his turns in Requiem For A Dream, Dallas Buyers Club and more, has balanced music and acting throughout his career.

In 2013, the same year as the band’s most recent album, Leto won the Academy Award for his portrayal of a trans woman battling HIV in Dallas Buyers Club.
