TWENTY ØNE PILØTS add third London date

They'll now be playing three nights at London's SSE Arena Wembley.

Alternative hip-hop duo TWENTY ØNE PILØTS added a third London date to their UK arena tour, coming to Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and the capital in 2019. The dates now include three nights at London’s SSE Arena Wembley.

The band also announced a special date at London’s O2 Academy Brixton in September 2018, read about it here.

The duo, comprising vocalist Tyler Joseph and drummer Josh Dun, broke into their mainstream with their fourth studio album Blurryface in 2015, spawning hit singles Stressed Out and Ride.

Along with Heathens, created to accompany the Suicide Squad film, TWENTY ØNE PILØTS achieved the accolade of being the first alternative act with two concurrent top ten singles in the US.

They also won a coveted GRAMMY Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

Prior to Blurryface, TWENTY ØNE PILØTS released three albums, starting with 2009’s self-titled debut. They also released Regional At Best in 2011, before signing to Fueled By Ramen in 2012 for their 2013 label debut Vessel.

They kick off their UK dates on Wednesday 27 February 2019 in Birmingham, before taking to The SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Manchester Arena and The SSE Arena Wembley in March 2019.

Celebrating the news, they have unveiled new track Jumpsuit alongside an official video.
