Gearing up to appear at Country 2 Country Festival in London, Glasgow and Dublin across the weekend, Ashley McBryde has announced four headline UK and Ireland dates in September and October 2019.

They mark the biggest headline shows for Ashley, and follow last year’s release of Girl Going Nowhere, the biggest-selling debut by a female country artist in the United States in 2018.

McBryde last played the UK in October of last year, supporting Luke Combs on his sold-out run of dates, and performing her own headline how at London’s Islington Assembly Hall.

The run also saw her invited onto BBC’s Later With Jools Holland for a rendition of the album’s title track.

Set to take to London, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin later this year, we caught up with Ashley McBryde back in March 2018 ahead of the release of Girl Going Nowhere. Ashley spoke of the album’s motivation, debuting at the Grand Ole Opry, and her end to writing love songs.

She also performed stripped back versions of Girl Going Nowhere and American Scandal.

Relive last year’s interview above, and check out the newly announced dates below:

27 September 2019 – Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London
29 September 2019 – Academy 2, Manchester
30 September 2019 – Queen Margaret Union, Glasgow
1 October 2019 – Academy, Dublin

Tickets for Ashley McBryde’s shows in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin will be available from 9:00 on Friday 8 March 2019 through Ticketmaster.co.uk.
