WWE NXT to arrive in the UK for a tour and Download 2017

WWE NXT will be touring the UK ahead of its residency at Download Festival 2017.

NXT will return to the UK in June for seven shows, including three at the home of alternative music, Download Festival 2017.

The superstars will appear in Aberdeen, Manchester, Leeds and Brighton before taking to Donington Park alongside 90 rock and metal acts. The festival will be headlined by Aerosmith, Biffy Clyro and System of a Down.

Although the exact superstar line-up is always subject to change, NXT is likely to celebrate appearances by the likes of Bobby Roode™, Kassius Ohno™, Tye Dillinger™, No Way Jose™ Auska™, SAnitY™ and more.

Fans can access the shows by buying individual tickets for the four touring dates from Friday 17 March 2017 at 10AM. Download Festival ticket holders will be able to catch all the action for no extra fee, making it an amazing opportunity to mix music with wrestling madness, and some of the biggest names in sports entertainment. Perfect.

“Download was my very first show in NXT,” says Bobby Roode, who made headlines with his debut last year. “The combination of NXT Superstars and massive musical acts, entertaining tens of thousands of passionate fans makes Download a unique experience. Returning to Download as NXT Champion will make this an extra special moment for me as a performer.”

Here are those dates:

5 June – GE Oil & Gas Arena, Aberdeen
6 June – Arena, Manchester
7 June – First Direct Arena, Leeds
8 June – Centre, Brighton
