Album of the Week
Taylor Swift returns with her seventh album, Lover.
Working closely with friends across the live entertainment industry, we’ve hand-picked the ten artists we believe will be making an impact on the live scene in 2019.
The list, curated and critiqued by in-house experts across all genres, features artists who have been packing out grassroots venues over the last twelve months, and have their sights set on taking it to the next level in 2019.
Last year, Ticketmaster New For tipped the likes of indie sensations Pale Waves, Sigrid, Tom Walker, and IAMDDB, all of whom have gone on to make a serious dent on their respective scenes.
Come 2019, we’re looking at bigger and brighter things from stateside resident, yet internationally raised, soul songstress Amber Mark; Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy, off-beat Leicester indie-hip-hop fusion Easy Life, North London singer-songwriter Freya Ridings, Brighton’s Grace Carter, poet-turned rapper Kojey Radical, futuristic pop songwriter L Devine, Hackney born experimental popstar Millie Turner, South London all-rounder Octavian, and Midlands born genre-masher Slowthai.
Ticketmaster New For 2019 forms part of our ongoing New Music series, which regularly highlights the artists we are expecting to make waves in the live scene.
