Following a successful run in Paris, the DC Exhibition: Dawn of Super Heroes will open in London at The O2 on the 23 February 2018.

Presented by DC Entertainment and Warner Bros, the exhibition celebrates DC Comics’ history and mythology, looking at iconic Super Heroes and Super Villains such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and The Joker.

DC Exhibition: Dawn of Super Heroes will feature over 200 original comic pages, around 300 sketches and concept artworks for their extensive film catalogue, as well as 45 original costumes, models and props used in the films.

Visitors will walk through the chronological exhibition, with each room offering a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the DC Universe. It will bring fans closer to the likes of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Joker, The Penguin and Mr. Freeze.

Highlights include exclusive artwork from last year’s Wonder Woman film, directed by Patty Jenkins. Fans will also be able to get up close and personal with costumes and props from the 90s Batman franchise, The Dark Knight trilogy, as well as The Man Of Steel, Batman v Superman and the recent Justice League by Jack Snyder.

The exhibition will also host original drawings, and costumes from blockbuster films such as the cape worn by Christopher Reeve in the Superman movies and Lynda Carter’s Wonder Woman costume from the 70s.

In total, the DC Exhibition looks back at almost a century of artistic creations, which all originated from the minds of Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel who created Superman in 1938.

DC Exhibition: Dawn of Super Heroes opens on the 23 February 2018 at London’s The O2.

Tickets will be available from 9:00 on Friday 2 February 2018 through Ticketmaster.co.uk.
