The north’s Creamfields festival is returning to Finsbury Park in 2019.
The upcoming production of Secret Cinema is set to be the biggest one to date – a visual and audio masterpiece depicting the hyper real world of a futuristic, neon-drenched LA with a specially designed soundscape, where secret music sets and secret guest DJs will surprise the audience.
This year, Secret Cinema will be built around Ridley Scott’s 1892 classic, Blade Runner. The event opens on the 21 March 2018.
Secret Cinema, now in its 10th year, invented a revolutionary format of mixing theatre and film, where the entire world is a stage. Fusing film, music, art, theatre and dance, it creates unique spaces where films come to life. Thousands of people gather every night for the social encounters, adventures and discoveries. Previous film experiences have included Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and Back to the Future.
From the moment your ticket is purchased, you become a part of the magic and are taken on a journey of discovery. You will receive a personalised character, role and story all in preparation for the journey to the secret London location. On the night you’ll then step into an unimaginable secret world based on the film title and into a visual spectacle that transcends the real world.
There is no experience around like Secret Cinema, with participants often describing it as the most incredible night of their year!
