Here's what happened when we attended the Main Event in May.
The final event of the ATP Champions Tour returns to the Royal Albert Hall from Thursday 6 December 2018 to Sunday 9 December 2018.
The iconic London venue will host some of the biggest names in Tennis with the likes of Mark Philippoussis, Juan Carlos Ferrero, Carlos Moya, Mansour Bahrami and Tim Henman announced to take centre stage.
The four-day tournament promises fast-paced action and world-class tennis from the legends.
Now in its 22nd year, there will be two session a day – one in the afternoon and one in the evening, with two matches scheduled per a session. Each session will give the audience a chance to witness one competitive singles match and one entertaining doubles.
Ferreo returns and is hoping for a repeat of his success last year which saw him beat Marat Safin to win the final match of the Champion’s tour.
Also returning will be circuit are regulars Moya and Philippoussis, who will be competing alongside home favourite Tim Henman on their path to claim victory.
Bahrami will also be making an appearance again this year too. The popular entertainer will give spectators even more to look forward to with his quick banter and his trick shots.
There will be more players announced in the coming weeks meaning this year’s Champions Tennis is looking to be the biggest and most exciting tournament to date, with plenty of action on and off the court.
