Dancing on Ice the UK Tour announced for 2018

The hit ITV show will tour the UK in March and April 2018.

The Dancing on Ice Live UK Tour will be skating back across the country next year, starring the legendary Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean. Experience sensational routines and breathtaking stunts, all performed on an enormous ice rink in this incredible live show.

Joining Torvill & Dean on tour will be a host of celebrities and professional skaters from the new Dancing on Ice TV series, which starts on ITV1 in January. Jayne & Chris will host the tour once more and take up their new roles as Head Judges. The King and Queen of Ice will be on hand to give their expert critical feedback and their all-important scores to the celebrities and their skating partners.

The ITV show, hosted by presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, first aired in January 2006. It has continued to invite household name contestants to test their skill on the ice, in recent years featuring the likes of Ray Quinn, Beth Tweddle and Matthew Wolfenden.

The contestants confirmed for this year’s series include X Factor and I’m A Celebrity star Jake Quickenden, England cricket star Monty Panesar, Great British Bake Off winner and Sunday Times columnist Candice Brown, and Love Island 2017 winner Kem Cetinay.

Dancing On Ice The UK Tour are yet to announce the skaters taking part in the live shows, other than Head Judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean. More details will be revealed in the near future.

The tour is set to kick off at London’s SSE Arena Wembley on the 23 March 2018, running through to five shows at the Birmingham Barclaycard Arena, with a final evening performance on the 15 April 2018.

Some dates include both afternoon and evening performances.
