Disney’s Aladdin set for West End debut in 2016?

Rumour has it, Disney’s Aladdin will be making the move from Broadway to the West End in summer 2016.

Cameron Mackintosh is said to have confirmed the news via the Daily Mail, with reports that Aladdin will replace Miss Saigon at the Prince Edward Theatre.

Following its HUGE success on Broadway, the Disney production has been long-rumoured to be heading for the West End, with initial thoughts suggesting it would replace Cats at the Palladium.

Daily Mail’s Baz Bamigboye also suggested Miss Saigon would move to Broadway following the announcement, but the production has yet to confirm officially.
