Note that between 17 December 2018 and 12 January 2019, the role of Alexander Hamilton will be played by alternate Ash Hunter.

Olivier Award, Tony Award and Grammy Award winner Hamilton arrived in London’s West End in December 2017, following a hugely acclaimed opening on Broadway.

Written by Lin-Manuel Miranda and directed by Thomas Kail, the production is currently running at London’s recently refurbished Victoria Palace Theatre.

Hamilton is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and helped shape the very foundations of the America we know today. The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway – the story of America then, as told by America now.
