With Broadway’s hit musical Waitress set to head to London’s Adelphi Theatre, in the heart of the West End, creative force Sara Bareilles stopped by the city’s iconic Ronnie Scotts to chat about things to come.

Expressing her excitement for the West End transfer, as well as her unparalleled passion for the shows story and message, Sara offered a powerful rendition of the musical’s She Used To Be Mine.

Waitress arrives at the Adelphi Theatre from 8 February 2019, running until the 25 May 2019 at the time of writing.

With lyrics and music by Sara Bareilles, the stage production is based on 2007 film of the same name. The all female creative team also includes a book by Jessie Nelson, choreography by Lorin Latarro and direction by Diane Paulus.
