Royal Pavilion Ice Rink

The South East’s most beautiful winter ice rink will open for its fifth year on 7 November to 17 January on the Royal Pavilion’s Eastern lawns in Brighton. Boasting a beautiful Brighton background, there’s a huge rink side bar, restaurant and stunning 40 metre terrace to take full advantage of. Just 50 minutes from Victoria by train, this hidden hem competes with London’s best ice rinks. Easily the most beautiful spot in Brighton this winter.

Natural History Museum Swarovski Ice Rink

One of the most spectacular ice rinks in London, this iconic attraction is a surefire way to get you in the Christmas spirit. Whether you are a novice or an expert, it’s the perfect way to welcome in the winter season with family, friends or that special date. As well as the main rink, the Natural History Museum Swarovski Ice Rink boasts a smaller rink for children, as well as a Café Bar open for anyone wanting to take in the stunning surroundings (including non-skaters) and a fairground carousel. Be sure to visit between 29 October and 3 January.

Skate at Somerset House with Fortnum & Mason

Synonymous with style and elegance, it’s no wonder Skate at Somerset House is hailed as one of the most beautiful ice rinks in London. With the iconic courtyard transformed, this event is an attraction of two halves. By day, skate in the traditional London surroundings but by night, prepare to party. The rink hosts some of the best international clubs and festivals at exclusive club nights, with a cocktail list London nightclubs should envy. If hot chocolate’s more to your taste, Fortnum & Mason’s signature blend is the perfect après-skate treat. Visit Skate at Somerset House between 18 November – 10 January.
